A rainy afternoon by the fire

Minho is green for a reason - it rains. In January and February especially, there are afternoons when rain falls in ropes and whatever was waiting outside can wait more. The fireplace room exists for those afternoons. Logs always ready; lit early when you come in. Wool throws on the sofas, shelves of books left by past guests, the garden window with winter camellias just visible.
